Testosterone Suspension is the most powerful and pure form of testosterone available. Being pure testosterone, it comes with a very short half-life at as little as two hours and therefore requires regular injections to maintain blood levels. For this reason, it is not as widely used as the more common ester forms of testosterone which can be injected much less frequently.

Test Suspension (this form of testosterone) is not an ester but is a water-based derivative of testosterone. Esters are oil-based and the difference here is that Test Suspension has a short half-life with the downside of needing more regular injections to keep up your concentrations of the compound. But this comes with the major benefit that it is taken in rapidly by the muscles.

This is a potent and powerful type of testosterone and does have a popular following amongst some bodybuilders due to the fast results that are possible, but many others find that the injection schedule is not worth it. Testosterone suspension is generally not recommended steroid for beginners for this reason.

Unlike the other forms we’ve looked at, Suspension does not have an ester attached and so is simply testosterone on its own.

Esterified forms of testosterone are formulated with an oil-based solution, but Testosterone Suspension is water based and becomes active as soon as it enters your body as there is no ester to slow down the rate of release. This makes Testosterone Suspension a very fast acting steroid with rapid results from this very powerful and pure steroid.
