We only ship in Zambia and South Africa . If you are from Neighbouring countries such as Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Lesotho or Namibia please contact sales@steroidsonlinesa.co.za for us to assist you. We have a few options to get you your goods.

General Information

We ship orders Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

All orders are delivered in 3 – 7 days. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. The order will be shipped again to the given recipient address. We cannot issue a refund or cancel the order in such cases. We are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed after been shipped

We will reship damaged or missing items to you without any problems. Our only request is – YOU NEED TO RECORD A VIDEO OF YOU OPENING THE PACKAGE. This is a requirement because we have faced several fake requests about missing items during our 8 years of selling activity. And sadly, there are still some people out there who will try to get free products after they wrongly claim that something was damaged or not included in the package.
